Can you recover my lost data?
We strive to recover data from a wide range of devices and scenarios. While we cannot guarantee recovery in every case, our policy ensures that you are only charged if the recovery is successful.

Is there a fee for evaluation or obtaining a file list?
No, evaluation to the point of knowing exactly what data is available is a myth, to know what data is recoverable you must do the recovery first. The way we work is that sending a device to us is agreeing to the standard recovery charge, if we can recover the data as a standard then we crack on and do so. If an Advanced or advanced plus services is required, we will explain why and seek your approval before proceeding.
Why are your data recovery prices so competitive? Is there a catch?
There is no catch. We offer fair, fixed prices and aim to assist both small to medium-sized enterprises and home users by maintaining reasonable rates and handling a higher volume of recoveries.
How long does the recovery process take?
Typical turnaround times are:
Standard Recovery: 5-7 working days
Advanced Recovery: 7-10 working days
Advanced Plus Recovery: 10-14 working days
These times depend on parts availability and the duration of data extraction. We prioritize engineering quality to ensure the best possible recovery outcome.
How will I receive my recovered data?
Recovered data is transferred to an external storage device. We offer external hard drives starting at 1TB, or you may provide your own new, blank device. All returned devices are encrypted for security; a password will be provided upon receipt.
How do I initiate a data recovery job and send my device to you?
To start the process, complete our data recovery booking form and choose one of the following options:
DPD Drop-off: Package your device securely following our packaging guidelines, attach the provided label, and drop it off at a convenient DPD location.
DPD Collection: A driver will collect your device from your location.
What is the difference between Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Plus Recovery?
Standard Recovery: Involves resolving issues like deleted data, formatting errors, and data corruption.
Advanced Recovery: Addresses physical device failures or severely damaged logical data structures requiring manual repair.
Advanced Plus Recovery: Deals with complex physical failures necessitating extensive engineering efforts.
